Prompt communication. Could've been more upfront about int shipping not being eligible for registered, tracked. It took more than a month, but the product is world-class. They told me 4-7 biz days, then said 10. I made a fool out myself the day before it landed. Product is worldclass.
I suspect anyone who leaves a negative review needs to check their local, state, and federal laws. This isn't 2015.
